Rules are meant to be bent and broken and this case shows clearly why some laws are still biased against women (the abuse of women is not acceptable in Australia so surely our govt should recognise it as a valid reason for seeking asylum)!

This young lady has so much to offer to Australia. She is not sitting around on the dole. She is not a criminal roaming the streets terrifying the community. Get rid of them and allow this upstanding citizen to live with her husband here in Australia.
