Return her to Brisbane and with her husband. It's not fair nor is it right! She can't go back to Iran only to be abused and mistreated. Her husband is a permenant resident so let her stay!

I myself have been raped by a man, then raped even more so by the system. Rape is a justifiable reason to seek refuge!! Many women are raped and tortured and never report it because men run police stations and men look after their own and blame the victim far too often and can't be objective about it unless they themselves have had their Liberty taken away from them and their body sodomised and pain inflicted upon it. Release this woman now!

tha's so unfair to not let them apply for spouse visa's while in detention. If they were only getting married to get her out of detention, I could understand a little more, but they were married before.
