I have known him since 2013 when he hired me at his restaurant and still here working here working for him up to present time, can't complain anything about this guy, all he does is to work, work and work. The only past time he had is fishing and watching sports . And since he work a lot i pretty much see him everyday for the past 8 years. Great guy, he is generous too, helping people out.

Oun has paid for his past transgression. He is a productive member of society. He runs a business and pay taxes. The successful business employs family and friends. He has helped out many in needs.

Mr. Savayong treats me and my family like his own family whenever we come to his restaurant. I’ve been going to Viet Thai Cafe for over 10 years and him and his staff are the best!

Been Knowing my brother friends since I was little kid, it's amazing how someone can change there life around. Now Owning his own restaurant. Supporting his Older brother same time who mentally unstable and able to manage his personal life too!

Outhorn Sayavong is prime example of how a positive mindset can completely turn a life around. I am beyond proud of him and in awe at what he has accomplished. From creating a successful business, to caring for his disable brother; he is someone we can all aspire to be. Onward and upward Outhorn.

I believe everybody deserves a second chance. Oun, deserves a second chance, please give him the opportunity to prove to everyone he changed in many ways and allow him to give back to the communities. He has proven to himself, families, friends, and peers that he is a changed individual and his purpose in life is to continue to do good for people around him and the community.
