This is beyond terrible that they would first not try to assist in the process to make an effort to help with her tryout process and second because it's cheer. As a coach you are suppose to build your kids up because in this sport your belittled already to be perfect. I coach high school and allstar, I would have made the appropriate changes to make sure she gets a fair chance! I hope you get different results this year!!

I sign for Maddie, but also for a team of middle and high school kids who need to learn a valuable lesson. EVERYONE needs a chance! So does the school administration.

Althetics is a wonderful tool to help our children develop, socially, mentally, and physically...after having seen the effort and heart put in by some of our special needs teams I think it would be wonderful to accommodate Maddie.

It SICKENS me to think of the limitations we are setting for this athlete. Her presence on the team would have zero negative impact, and would more then likely offer a positive aspect.
