I think tourists, musicians and businesses suffer from the closure of live music at La Roca, there never is any trouble, and it’s only 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon, it’s a crying shame.

La Roca on a Saturday afternoon is a treasure, from 4pm-7pm this is an event that brings locals, tourists of all ages together, I have spent many fun family afternoons on the beach enjoying the music, drinks and entertainment. Bring this fun event back for all!

Hello. We are not residents, but twice a year, for 10 years now, we visit the port, and a highlight not to be missed every time is the live music Saturday afternoons at La Roca Beach club. The experience is the opposite of anti social! It is during the day, finishing early evening. It generates a hugely inclusive environment for adults and children alike. Fellow holiday makers have commented it is part of the reason they return annually to see the wonderful team who host us at the bar, and the excellent live music which includes guests unreservedly! A flagship promotion for the port, and the island. The time and money spent at all local businesses in the Llenaire area will suffer if this ends, an absolutely fun, inclusive, social experience weekly, at a reasonable time of day.

It is ridiculous to stop this music being allowed. It is not late, it is good for locals and tourists, there is no trouble as a result of it. Please reconsider this madness.

One complainant should not be able to stop the music and rob musicians and hospitality staff of their livelihoods.

We’ve had some lovely Saturday afternoons listening to the music - never too loud /offensive - can’t understand what the problem is?

It’s such a shame that the selfishness of one person can stop this entertainment for others.

We need live music

Once a week! The council Are ruining the place. Restaraunt fees for tables on beach side outside cappacino and other restaurants is ridiculous cost on pine walk

My family have enjoyed the music at la roca beach bar for many many years. We always have dinner in Swing after the show. There is no disturbance everyone is bery well behaved and friendly. There is such a lovely atmosphere.

Que lastima

Very angry that one person can ruin a business like this. Saturday afternoons were very enjoyable for people of a certain age who weren’t doing any harm other than enjoying the music.

We come to Puerto Pollensa twice yearly and have been visiting for years: La Roca Beach Bar is our favourite place, fabulous staff but the music on Saturdays is the highlight of our holiday and we are so disappointed in Councils decision. We are visiting now and sad no music tomorrow ! The wrong decision, so many people enjoy it!

The live music should be allowed, it is impossible to imagine how it could annoy/upset any residents, all apartments etc., are a pretty long way away from the bar and the musicians!!

Feel strongly the music gives a lot of enjoyment to so many people. A selfish gesture to object to it.
