I lived here 5 years ago and my kids could not play out due to dog mess and broken glass all over this area. Do not take these toys off the children who live here because they deserve to be able to play outside

Unbelievable attitude of the council concerned. In fact why is the council not providing up to date equipment to encourage community cohesion and to encourage children away from their computers and games consoles. Another shameful approach and total contempt by the council for the youngsters and their families.

Why shouldn't they have it there are kids who need to have a social live. They pay their way in this life, why make their kids suffer and go without.

What better way to keep kids occupied where they can make friendships, learn to share & have fun close to home. Need to see more of this community spirit which has been clearly lacking for years now.

My young cousins live here, and having such activities for them is crucial in the development of interpersonal relationship skills. I am always amazed when children are denied the ability to explore. Why does it seem that society would rather create a generation of zombified X-Box worshippers over problem solvers? Absolutely astounding.

My nephew lives in these flats and I know that he and his friends play in that area every day. It’s a safe and closed off price of land where children can play. This equipment has been there for years without a single problem and there is no reason why it should be removed.

Since this outside space is my great grandsons safe play area where the parents can sit around while they play with their friends. The sour grapes attitude of the Authority because they have been taken to task over matters of public health seems a completely inappropriate reaction. Surely children should be entitled to play on the grass which is within the boundary wall of their homes

Its good for the kids in that flat to have these things available to them as any normal house garden would have as its not always so easy to take kids to parks ehen u have to cross numerous dangerous roads the community there really pull together to create a happier safer environment to takr this away would be detrimental to the childrens social interactions

For gods sake, leave them their outdoor play, rather than being stuck indoors on blooming electrical. Next they’ll moan children are overweight.... that’s coz outdoor activity is being taken away !!!

Who is it hurting? No one
Has anybody gone blind or died because of the trampoline and Wendy house? No so just let them stay where they are!!!
