This is ludicrous!! One of the purposes of gardee to play!!Its not as if the council is responible for kids using these toys!! Naff off, thou petty bureaucrats!!!

Senseless, nothing but some fat cat with nothing better to do than make pointless rules. Why deprive children of a safe area when the government has removed so much money that youth centres are closing. This community creates a positive, safe environment for the children, rather than hanging out on the streets. I don’t live there or have children but believe the plan to remove it all is absolute nonsense.

Why on earth should people have to take their children's toys in - its going against community spirit, from what I see these group of mum's have formed a tight knit group and that's a very positive thing - leave them be and let their children enjoy themselves without having to pack away their toys every time their children want to use them!

I can understand why this has happened the council may be liable if there are any incidents or accidents on the land it owns. Could the toys be risk assessed? Maybe a sign saying the use under adult supervision?

I don't live here, but drive past regularly and it is nice to see such community spirit. These children aren't roaming the streets causing trouble, or stuck indoors unable to be children. The equipment looks well cared for and there always seem to be adults present when the children are using it.

Arrange a meeting and work together, Tennant's and council. Stop being so silly (LB Council) compare complaint numbers against Tennant's support.
Both sides need to work together to come up with a community plan for the children's sake.
Community spirit is in short supply these days, these Tennant's buck the trend so give them a break.

What would the council prefer? The children stuck inside playing video games or on tablets or outside having fun and getting exercise? I know what I’d prefer my little boy to do.
