Always enjoying hearing and seeing the plum tree community out and playing with the kids... would be fab if all parents bothered like they do! If u can’t leave the toys due to health and safety build them a communal play area! Or stick a green fence around like in Oakley green! If health and safety is a worry for you, You should remove all parks and play areas in lb where parents are not bothering to supervise or even accompany their children and children are climbing on basketball hoops and sitting on the ring, jumping on garage roofs, egging people... stand strong plum tree your kids are a credit to you all... What's the point having communal areas if the children can not play. If the tenants are responsible for the equipment and it's made clear they are responsible then what's the problem.

Kids come first .If the only place they can play and have very air is on comunial ground then isn't that What a it's for ! .I hope the red tape can get bypassed as it this seems ridiculous as play and fresh air are vital for taking stress out of children lives

Best for children to be able to play outside, these people are in flats with no garden. If council are worried about liability or health and safety, they could ask the tenants to be responsible in the same way as if someone has an accident in their flat. Surely if tenants are providing equipment and maintaining the space that's to be encouraged?

we live in flats we have pools outside and a group of us sit out. the kids an adults love it

I often walk past and see all the kids and grown ups outside together and its lovely to see their own little community of neighbours together.

These children are in flats most probably put there by the council and don't have the luxury of a private garden. So why should they go without. All children should have a place to play in a safer place than a park. I thought we were encouraging this generation to play outside more.
