I am firmly against this high density development as well as the other large developments that will bring more people and traffic I to our cities.

Politicians are not above the will of the people and there will be repercussions at the ballot box if the opinions of the electorate are not considered. Steamrolling can be countered by recall.

Lomita Blvd. does not need anymore congestion. Since the new Costco has opened it has gotten more and more congested.

I'm against approval of this development. I've lived in Lomita since 1975 and in my current house since 1979.
