This is just the beginning folks. Now they want license to turn YOUR family residential street into Commercial property. Pay Attention.

No need in such a prime residential area,I live by smith village on 113th and western and while it's quiet,it has doubled in size without any objection and dwarfs the homes that now stare at a nearly 5 story bldg.

This does not belong in this residential area. I am sure there is a more appropriate area to build this.

This facility, while needed, does not belong in our residential neighborhood. Special use zoning should not be applied.

Not the right place for this facility. The people in this area have been there for decades. Have built where they did, based on the fact that it was a quiet, nice RESIDENTIAL only area. Plus, this facility will bring in ZERO revenue to the village. All it will do, is chase out lifelong residents, who have done so much for the community, for so many years.

This is a single family home RESIDENDIAL neighborhood. This facility, although a needed addition to our Village should NOT be built here. There are better places in our village to build this facility.

This is not right for a special rezoning. Anthem is a medical facility. A medical facility should not be that close to homes in a residential area. We voted for our officials..they need to listen to the taxpayers.

I am all for a memory care facility, my grandma tied from Alzheimer's, but this facility is WAY to big for our little residential area

Not opposed to facilities, but not in residential area. I support local residents who it might effect.

Not opposed to the facility it is just not the right area. There are a lot of areas it can go to in oak lawn that are zoned for commercial. How would any of our trustees or mayor or any of the board members feel if this building was trying to be built in their neighborhood! I'm sure they wouldn't like it.

I think this location is not appropriate for this facility and do not support it being built in my neighborhood. There are alternative locations in Oak Lawn for the facility to be built.

Keep the residential neighborhood residential. The village has plenty of other places to build this. Take a look at Southwest Highway.
