Absolute terrible location for this facility. Anthem is welcome in Oak Lawn, but needs a different location. This was not well thought out.

I vote NO!
Would the trustees who think this is a good idea want this built on their block. Be HONEST!

Let's do what is BEST for Oak Lawn residents and vote NO for Anthem Care. Let's look for revenue for the school. How long is the school going to be there? Is there sustainability with the state budget for funding ( what state budget)??? Perhaps a home contractor could build single family homes??
What next, low income housing on the golf course???

I feel if this is atrocity is voted in...then all residents should get a substantial property tax deduction. This is a BAD precedence to set. There is so much VACANT property that could use this COMMERCIAL development. Do what is best for the residents of Oak Lawn and vote against "special zoning".

Please do not allow anything to be built on Central Ave, as in a nursing home. We need our residential neighborhoods to stay just that.

As an life long Oak Lawn resident I would not want this in a residential neighborhood. Please find a commercial location, Beatty Lumber. I feel so sorry for these residents if this goes through.

Great facility, very wrong location. I wonder how the board would feel if this special permit was proposed on THEIR blocks.

I was originally for this building but after considering the plan that's been proposed and the impact to the residents, a 24 hour facility in a residential neighborhood is not something I can get behind.

Allowing this development is a slippery slope for residents, and would stand as precedent should OL decide to throw other commercial property in residential areas.
