Huntington hospital is in close proximity to that corner.
Long Island needs to stick to it's roots and preserve it's natural surroundings.

The historical significance of the Platt's Tavern site must be protected as it is an important part of Huntington's (and Long Island's) colonial past.

A terrible idea, just like tearing down the beautiful old Huntington Hotel building and putting a TD Bank in its place was. I hope the Town Board uses more common sense this time.

We do not another commercial building on this site. The site should be conserved for its historical significance for our town.

I'm sure there are plenty of other locations that can be looked at. There is NO reason to pick that locale that can't be accommodated elsewhere.

I just heard the terrible news, please - we don't need another medical center in this area, the traffic is horrendous already in that area. And don't we have enough already, not to mention that it will take away from the beautiful historical buildings all around it. I VOTE NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are many other locations in the immediate area that would be a better choice - like NY Ave. north of 25A - and just as near Huntington Hosp.

It would ruin the historic area
