We need our A&E back in Hemel Hempstead, as Watford just can't cope with all the surrounding towns.

We want a full A & E at Hemel and a new full modern Hospital on a fresh accessible site serving the Herts area to replace Watford, an outdated 3rd world standard hospital that is hard to get to.

I will never know if my Dad would have survived his heart attack if he could have been treated at Hemel Hempstead Hospital instead of the drive over to Harefield Hospital. I cannot fault the attention he received at Harefield, but am sure he would have stood a better chance to survive in a local facility.

How in this day and age can Dacorum not have an A&E dept
It's not fair to the residents or to the doctors and nurses at Watford hospital . It's frightening to think if you need emergency care that it would be pot luck and th delays getting to Watford can cause a life

It's quite ridiculous that a town the size Hemel Hempstead with a population that is continuing to expand that doesen'r have a fully functioning hospital

We are a growing town that needs bigger and better facilities. People are dying unnecessarily and the hospital should never have been shut in the first place. It's a disgrace. More money should be spent on healthcare and the whole of Hemel Hospital needs to be opened again

With all the thousands of new houses being planned for Hemel and the surrounding areas a local hospital with A & E facilities and full services is vital to us all. Watford Hospital cannot cope and this puts all our lives at risk.

We need a a full local hospital with accident and emergency facilities. Watford hospital cannot cope and the ever growing population around this area shows it is a necessity.

Watford hosp cannot cope,AND if we should get a new hospital built that is years away,so please let us local people have there hosp.back,reopen it. Now with all the new builds going on by 2 yrs time we will have more problems.

We had two Hospitals in this town when I was first married and moved here in 1983! The town is still growing at an alarming rate and we now have no Hospitals! Tell me that makes sence!!

We are an ever increasing town housing a lot of people young and old who need a local hospital, not one that is miles away and has diabolical waiting times.... We have been asking for this hospital not to be closed since it opened practically.... Please keep Hemel hospital as a full running hospital for our town.
