I have been hearing from so many of you who are tired of being chased away from sidewalks just for wanting a place to ride. Watching this group grow gives me hope that we can finally find a permanent spot in Hanham where nobody feels unwelcome.

Seeing this much energy behind the park makes me think of all the kids in Hanham who finally have a place to dream of riding. It feels like the tide is turning and people are starting to realize just how much we need this space for our community.

kids round here have absolutely nothing to do. they just hang round the shops and get moved on. build them a park.
My son is always asking to go to the skatepark in town but it is just too far. Hanham needs one for the kids.
Its super dangerous for the skaters on the pavements in the high street. Give them somewhere safe to go.
i grew up round here and we always had to travel ages to find a decent ramp. dont let the next generation have the same problem

So much wasted space in the park that could be used for a decent skate setup. Lets get it done.
