Jan was a personal friend of mine. I was pregnant with my first child around the same time that she was pregnant with Meghan, her third daughter. My son is now 26. I have enjoyed raising him to become a good and productive member of our society. We all know how valuable our mother's presence is in each of our personal lives. Molly, Rachel and Meghan were robbed of their mother's love, compassion, guidance and presence for no good reason. Assault, especially assault on women is a very REAL and important issue of our time. As a woman, as a mother, and as a member of Guam's beautiful community, I humbly urge the Guam Parole Board to send a strong message to throughout our island that they take this issue seriously by denying Dizon's request for parole.

I remember Jan. I was here on Guam when the crime occurred. I think her murderer should remain in prison.

Jan Rubinstein was an outstanding Mother of three and a very intelligent attorney who loved life, her family and friends. Cesar Dizon killed her in cold blood and must be kept in prison for the rest of his life, to protect innocent people from this murderer.

Dizon has simply not been in prison long enough. He should spend the rest of his life there.

Tho i believe in forgiveness. This is not an appropriate situation for it. Life in prison is what is called for. Rachel will forever be inprisoned by the loss - as should he. Freedom is not justice for this murderer.

Life without parole, A cold blooded murderer does not deserve to even be considered for parole. Jan's three children have suffered enough!
