I remember this tragic loss of a mother of 3 young daughters. His parole request should be denied for such a cowardly act.

this heinous and cowardly act robbed Guam of one of its brightest stars and destroyed an incredible family just as it was beginning to flourish. Never let this sick criminal have another shot at the people of Guam.

Justice for Jan and for her family has not been served. This man remains a danger to society. Please keep him in prison.

I never had a chance to met Jan, but I've worked for Tom Lannen and remember Molly, Rachel and Meghan. What a tragic loss. My heart goes out to her children and family members. Don't let this killer free!

But for this criminal's selfish and senseless act, Jan's daughters would have been able to lean on their mother while coping with their father's death. Instead, they became orphans with his passing.

Dizon must be denied parole. Dizon must not have a 2nd chance in life when he has deprived Jan and her 3 daughters of their lives.

Guam was my home at the time of the murder. I vividly recall this horrific act. As a professional that works with domestic violence and sexual assault victims, I think it is imperative that the Parole Board understands that granting parole for this case will send a negative message to service providers (lawyers, social workers, victim advocates, probation officers, etc.) that concern for their safety and protection while on duty, is not a high level of priority.

The senseless, cowardly act of shooting Jan in the back of the head was not a one time act of "snapping." Dizon is woman beater and killer. The hard truth we ask the members of the Parole Board to keep in mind is that men who abuse women do not get better. The rage and disrespect that drives them does not diminish with time. Dizon was, and will always be, a self-centered bully. He killed Jan and he has caused terrible pain to many, many lives. No woman on Guam can feel safe if he is free. He does not deserve parole.

People need to be held accountable for the heinous crimes they commit. Jan was taken way too soon, and so unfairly. Please deny the parole of Cesar Dizon.

A heinous crime against which civilized society needs to be protected. A beautiful life was destroyed by a cold-blooded coward.

To unneccessarly take the life of someone and not care about the impact it will have down a long line of other lives connected to the one you ended is hardly described by any word . But to release someone responsible for that act back in society would be a continuation of the Tragedy ... Dont Start it Again . DENY PAROLE /RELEASE

This person cruelly executed a mother of three and is clearly a continuing threat to or society. He should never be allowed out of jail for the safety of us all.
