Terrible crime took away a beloved mother and friend.

For merely doing her job, she was killed and her family has been deprived of her presence for 21 years now. Please find some non-violent offender to parole instead of the person who shot & killed her.

I wish this family the best & hope Mr. Dizon stays in and pays his time. Forever til death isn't even enough to pay for the life he stole.

Please deny this man's parole. Jan will never get her life back and neither will her family ever see her again. He doesn't deserve freedom because he took someone's life away.

My condolences to the family of the victim. No one should ever have to go though life without their mother. RIP Jan R.

Cezar Beda Dizon intentionally committed a murder. It was not an accident. Please deny his request for parole. He deserves to stay in prison for life.

I agree with family and freinds, a cold blooded killer should FOREVER be DENIED parole . The family is "FOREVER" without Jan.

There can never be enough time served when a life is taken. Especially such a beautiful life as Jan's.

A young and beautiful life ended too soon - one who was committed in service to others.

Any person that takes someone's life should be committed to a sentence of life without parole. My family has also suffered with the same situation when a man who was stalking his wife took the life of my niece in 1989. He too is serving life without parole and we are grateful for this sentence.
