Just because they forgave him don't mean they forgot him..... he is perfectly fine right were he is located, behind bars.... 15 years is nothing compared to the life lost and the lives affected by this madness Do not grant him parole for justice sake

His actions show he is unable to control his anger, if he is released he just might retaliate against those involved, please deny his parole for the safety of the People of Guam, Chamorro born and raised

He does not deserve parole. You can never justify murder.

I believe he should not be granted parole because past actions show he has no regard to the law nor to the lives of innocent people he affected.

I knew and worked with Jan when she was at the U.S. District Court many years ago. She was a good person and a fine attorney. Her murder was done in cold blood and a most cowardly fashion. He should never be freed.

Legal representatives are also at risk of Cezar Dizon's dangerous mentality if he is released. DENY HIS RELEASE!

A person that takes another's life out of anger and disregard for human life should remain in prison to honor the life so hastily taken. If Jan did not have the opportunity to see her children grow then Cesar should spend the rest of his life pondering that.

As my neighbor in Talofofo, we watched their children during the day. The joy in her childrens eyes when she would come home from her daily job of protecting others was lost forever the day when she did not. Taking the life of another person is NEVER justified and when done so in a manner of cowardness should never be forgiven. Even if he spends the rest of his days in jail, it will never be equivilent to replacing with the loss of a loving mother and dedicated wife. DENY HIS RELEASE.
