Friends and Family of Jan Forever: Deny Her Killer's Parole

I ask the Guam Parole Board to DENY the parole request of convicted murderer, Cesar Dizon

He's a cold-blooded killer who does not deserve to taste freedom ever again. He should suffer in hell here on earth until his dying day. Letting him out would give him another opportunity to seek revenge. This time on his ex-wife and family.

Dizon needs to remain in jail.

I request Cezar Beda Dizon to be transferred to the toughest U.S. prison. Preferably the ADX prison in Floresce, Colorado to serve his life sentence there. The Guam DOC prison is lame; it's like detention facilities for adults.

Please do not let this man come out of jail. Jan's young daughters have been deprived of their beloved mother throughout their entire childhood. They have suffered tremendously, and the pain that this man has caused will never be forgotten. I ask that you help alleviate them of this tragedy, and deny this murderer parole.

Jan was a very close friend of my wife and me. She was a devoted mother. Her murder had a devastating effect on her daughters, particularly Meghan, the youngest. So, Mr. Dizon ruined two families--his own and Jan's, when he so cowardly shot her on the steps to her law office. He deserves to serve his full life in prison. He does not deserve parole.

Please Deny his Parole

While I did not know Jan, my boy was in a special school with her daughter, Meghan, who we got to know very well. The obvious harmful effects that losing her mother had on her must be considered as a reason to deny parole to her killer.

I support your family's wishes. My family and I are also victims of this type of brutal crime. My sister is the late Melissa Ann Quinata. She was murdered by her husband on July 4, 1984. She was only 23 years old and had three young children. We have appeared before the Guam Parole Board seven times requesting to deny his parole. Still waiting on the decision of his last request. I was moved by the story of Jan Rubinstein after reading about her in the PDN. I agree with her family that Mr.Dizon should remain behind bars and serve life in prison for his crime. I vote NO for his parole. God bless the Rubinstein family.

I would NOT let him out. Life is life.

No family should have to go through this kind of pain! Prayers go out to there family.

Jan will live on in my life forever. Shooting her at the prime of her career both as an attorney and mother was a cowardly and cold act, one up serving of parole.

The life of a mother, a wife, a respectable contributing member of our Guam community was taken away by a cold blooded murderer. He should not be granted parole. He stole the happiness, memories and milestones Attorney Rubenstein's children would have shared with their mother. These are things they will never feel, they will never share, they will never get to do because of this monster. I respectfully ask the Parole Board to deny his request and give her family and friends the comfort in knowing that he will continue to pay for his crime.

DENY PAROLE! His sentence should have been "Life without Parole."
