She selflessly fought for the victims and for that act became a victim herself. Let not her life become marginalized by time and distance. She was, and continues to be, a soldier in the war against brutality and hatred. Please do not let she, along with those who loved and honored her, to be victimized again by allowing her murderer to be freed.

I still feel the pain. As long as pain exist in the hearts and minds of those who knew Jan, then Dizon needs to keep feeling it as well

First degree premeditated murder deserves the death penalty and at the very least life without parole. Why should this animal be released into the public to possibly commit another horrible act when Jan's children, family and loved ones will continue to suffer for the rest of their lives?
