Friends and Family of Jan Forever: Deny Her Killer's Parole

This was a cold blooded murder & this man should NOT be paroled!

Tragic loss. No parole!

Jan stood up for a woman who needed her. We stand up for Jan now.

Think of her children!!

Deny parole ... People like Dizon do not belong on the street.

I used to live in Guam and remember this well, signing for Jan's family.

Never let this guy out! Wonderful lady, mother and wife gone because of this idiot (nice word for him)....

I was neighbors with this family in Ipan and I also babysat the 3 girls a few times. Sweet little girls that were forever denied their mother because if this monster....he does not deserve to be let out back into society!

Throw away the key

He took the life of a decent human being without a thought in the world. He took the life of a mother of three! They will NEVER get their mother back! He doesn't deserve a life outside of prison walls EVER!

He should never be free and should die in prison. He took a great women's life.

Keep him locked away forever. I was young when this happened but I'll never forget.

Cezar B. Dizon is a murderer. Cezar B. Dizon is a wife-beater. Cezar B. Dizon is a child-abuser. Cezar B. Dizon is a criminal who has been alive 21 years longer than the mother, sister, niece and daughter he laid-in-wait for and shot from behind, point-blank, in cold blood. The damage Cezar B. Dizon has done is irreparable - and to me and my family; to the community who knew and loved Jan and her family; to all who want justice and safety – that damage is unforgivable. I urge the Parole Board, with all my heart, to be mindful, in considering whether to loose Cezar B. Dizon among us again, that even with time, certain scars do not heal; certain responsibilities do not abate; certain natures do not change. Please, I beg you: for all our sakes, keep this killer, Cezar B. Dizon, off our streets.

This man shot and killed my aunt because she won a divorce case against him?????!!!! He left 3 young girls without a mother! And a few years later their father was taken from them too. I refuse to accept that this man can be eligible for parole. It makes me physically sick. The rest of us get through losses without killing people! Why should he be any different?

Pls know that I am also against the release of this monster back into our society.

We need justice in this world keep criminals in jail and away from our loved ones
