Friends and Family of Jan Forever: Deny Her Killer's Parole

Her children, family, friends, and community will never have Jan restored to them in this lifetime. The consequence of his brutal crime is that he must not have his freedom restored.

To those who knew Jan personally: In order to reinforce the efforts of this petition, it would be highly effective for those who knew Jan and her daughters to consider sending a full letter to the Guam Parole Board. By expressing your admiration of Jan and your opposition of Cesar Dizon’s parole in a personal letter, you would be contributing to an ongoing effort to reinforce the firm stance that many people hold against the prospect of Dizon's release. The Guam Parole Board needs to hear about the countless lives that Jan Rubenstein positively influenced, and the immense void that is felt by many in her absence. Any kind words would be greatly appreciated.

This man stole the life of the mother of my three cousins by shooting her in broad daylight. The amount of lifelong pain he has caused them and my family will never be forgotten. I can't imagine the additional trauma my cousins would have to endure should he be released one day. He deserves nothing more than to spend his life in jail.

I support efforts to prevent release of Cesar Dixon, through parole or any other means.

For his brutal act, Cesar Dizon does not deserve to be free.

He should never be paroled. He committed first degree murder.
