In memory of a friend who as much as she would forgive her husband for taking her life she would be a strong advocate in stopping domestic violence. This man should not be returned to society.

Do not release this person! Jan was a talented, fun, life-loving and life-giving woman, a mother to three young children who needed her, a beautiful woman with a whole life in front of her. He planned and carried out this brutal and hateful act whose repercussions are felt until this day.

My mom was a close friend of Jan's and I have know Molly, Rachel, and Meghan my whole life. My mother wrote a letter in favor of a higher sentence for Dizon during his trials in the 90's but sadly she has since passed. My mother was Ms. Rubenstein's doctor and a respected figure on Guam just like Jan. I sign this for two mothers who are no longer on this earth to be with their daughters. I sign this for a beautiful life taken out of malice and hate, and for the lives of her daughters who must live on in her absence. This petition will be missing the signature of a great supporter of this cause, and I sign for her too. I sign this for justice. God Bless Ms. Rubenstein, her daughters, her family, her friends, and the lives of all who love her.
