This person should not be eligible for parole. This was stalking and cold blooded murder.

Please deny this parole request. As a friend of the victims family I have seen how this continues to affect them and they will forever have a hole in their lives caused by this defendant.

Do not parole this murderer. He callously took the life of this young mother without regard for Jan's three children. The children had to endure the trauma of their mother's murder and live their lives knowing someday that this murderer could possibly be paroled. This depraved individual does not deserve to breathe the air of freedom. He deserves to be held behind bars, hopefully breathing his last breath incarcerated.

People who kill in cold blood should not have an opportunity to start again.

We were close friends of the family. This was devastating. He should never get out.

He doesn't deserve to be able to walk on the streets when he deprived Jan of that opportunity.

Cesar Dizon needs to spend the rest of his life behind bars contemplating his horrific act. He is a menace to society and should never be paroled.
