Deny him parole now and forever

Born & raised on Guam.. i remember this story i was only 14 years old at that time.i never remembered the names but every time i passes that building i remember what happened. Prayers for her friends, family and most of all her kids...

I'm not a petition signing person. But any mom doing her job should not meet death because someone can not control their emotions. Bless her family with compassion and good fortune.

It would be a crime and a shame if the justice system let this killer loose.

I distinctly remembered Jan. she had an aura of grace and sophistication. If she were alive today, I'm sure she would have continued fighting for women's rights.

I am a Chamorru now living in Texas. I remember this senseless killing in 1995 while living on Guam.. Please do not grant parole to Cezar Dizon.

Despicable act of cowardice

This man took the mother of 3 young girls away from them forever. He should be in prison forever! Don't ever let him out!

I never knew Jan personally, although we had met. The murder happened right next door to my office, and I remember the chaos in the following hours; I also remember the terror in the community . . . just the idea that such a thing could happen. We have no need for men like Cesar Dizon in our community. Please deny his petition for parole.

He executed Jan a 35 year old mother of three. He should not be payrolled! Ever!

I never knew Jan but remembered the horrible day when she was murdered by a cowardly man, Cesar Dizon. He has no right to be in our community and strongly oppose his parole.

This parole request should be denied.

Jan was a close family friend and her murder shocked Guam. Her death continues to haunt many of us who have family in law enforcement and families we know are under violent siege. Please do not release Cesar Dizon - he is a serial criminal and will harm again. I pray for their children that he will never be free.

Cesar Dixon does not deserve parole.
