Friends and Family of Jan Forever: Deny Her Killer's Parole

Cold blooded intentional murder of a mother of 3 young children. He needs to stay in prison.

The parole request by Cesar Dizon should be denied. His heartless murder of a mother of three young girls is too heinous of a crime for him ever to be considered for released.

People who take judgement in their own hand and have no respect for the law need to stay locked up!

Please deny this convict's parole. Jan's children are going to suffer from his actions for their whole lives.

Please deny parole. This was a premeditated cold blooded murder. I live on Guam. It is a small island. I would not feel safe with someone like this out on the streets of Guam. Who is to say what next little adverse remark won't set off Dizon to kill again? Jan's family, friends, and the people of Guam deserve better than Dizon getting parole. Jan will never be paroled from her grave!

Dizon's shots still echo in many lives of our community. The bell, Dizon cannot unring, still tolls for Jan Rubinstein.

Such a cold blooded murderer should never be granted parole. A friend and I were recently thinking of Jan.

I am a professional and native of Guam and greatly empathize with the family of the deceased, Atty. Jan Rubenstein, even after her death over 20 years ago. Please DO NOT allow her killer to be "set free" on parole.

This was a premeditated attack on a female lawyer solely because she stood up for the wife. This guy is a threat to all women and should remain in custody

Keep Dixon locked up. He should be happy he's alive.....Jan is not.
