I strongly urge the Guam Parole Board to DENY parole for Cesar Dizon. Life is the proper and just sentence for the assassin of Jan Rubinstein

Jan was a close to several friends of mine who I grew up with on Guam, and I well remember their horror and fear when she was murdered, simply for doing her job. Do not dishonor her memory. Do not give cause for attorneys, who protect others, to live in fear.

Years served will never bring Jan. Many years served does not mean he is a changed man. May the Parole board let Cesar Dizon ~~Reap what he sow~~ He had taken a beautiful young woman away from her children, without a thought. Therefore, with hopes may the Parole board deny his request without a thought!!!

Jan does not deserve to be killed on the job. Cesar Dizon brought this upon himself. He does not respect life, therefore, he must pay for the life that he took away. He does not deserve parole.
