I strongly oppose prison release for the brutal murder of Jan and the pain inflicted on her three young daughters as well as he n those of us who loved Jan dearly.

At the time of Jan's murder her children were in Harvest Christian Academy where I served as School Administrator and Pastor of the church. Jan was a loving mother and very nice to everyone. Many people were devastated at her senseless execution. Dizon caused enough pain to this family to last a lifetime. Please don't allow him to inflict more pain by paroling him.

I hope the parole board denies his request at this time as well. This was a preconceived act of violence that does not deserve leniency in the slightest.

Deny parole to this brutal murderer. Jan was a colleague who was engaged in ensuring her client received a fair legal disposition. The same justice should apply to consideration of the release of her murderer. His criminal act warrants life in prison.

Obviously, this was a great personal tragedy. In addition, as an attorney practicing in the islands for the last 20 years, I think there is a policy issue here: namely, that members of the bar should be protected from homicidial litigants. Under no circumstances should this man be released from prison.

Crimes like this should NOT be pardoned. A young womans life was cut short based on this individuals inability to control himself and his anger; numerous lives were irreparably affected.

21 years for a heinous murder...then parole is simply not justice.
