Cruel to just leave your dog tethered for long periods. If someone can't or won't spend quality time with their pets then they shouldn't have one. People that do this should be treated criminally.

I had three dogs that passed from cancer. We treated our dogs like our children. Don't treat animals cruelly .

If you don't know how or can care for a pet correctly then don't take a pet into your home. If a person can't manage it then give it to the proper authorities.
