There is a major issue of overpopulation of dogs and many are out on the streets as well as even though unfortunate, less are being put down which leaves more on the streets. Many breeders are unlicensed in the United States and there needs to be some sort of reenforcement for licensing breeders and funding more shelters. I am here to raise awareness and to soon hopefully take this to a higher position to help the animals in need!!
