We, the below petitioners and residents of Homer Glen are against the high density development proposed by M/I Homes, HG-1818-PAS. We want to preserve the rural environment and Core Values of Homer Glen (http://www.homerglenil.org/2225/Core-Values). We insist that our Village Board; Mayor and Trustees vote "NO" to this high density, environmentally damaging development to potentially be constructed on the old Dunn Farm, directly east of Dinolfo's, and west of Stonebridge, from 159th st. south to 163rd st. This proposed development will place a burden on our schools, increase property taxes, decrease surrounding property values, increase traffic congestion, and place a strain on our local environment. The developer, M/I Homes, has requested numerous waivers and variances to Homer Glen codes, regulations, and guidelines that are unacceptable. Defeat HG-1818-PAS.
