As a fellow ftm trans person, nothing could be farther from the truth as saying trans people are just vying for attention. Keep fighting, Damon!

Dear Damon's family,
Damon is an incredible young man with so much talent and potential in the world. I don't want to see him being held back in any capacity, including being able to live life as himself. I'm friends with his sister Madi and I feel like I've watched him grow into this amazing young man and I'm so proud of him every time she posts about him!!

I recommend showing your parents some of Chase Ross's videos he's doing this August on Trans 101 for cis people in our lives https://www.youtube.com/user/uppercaseCHASE1. My understanding is blockers allow time to "prove" it's not a "phase"? I hope it works out for you :).

Hi Damon.
I'm almost 30, and barely one year into my own FTM transition. I can finally recognize myself in the mirror. I wish your family could see how lucky you can be if things start sooner for you.
To your family: Thank you for being accepting of your son. Now is the time to do more and help him in a more active way, so he does not have to live with growing dysphoria. He'll be ok. Help him become a healthy young adult !

Hey!
I've identified as nonbinary for over half my life and can assure you that this is not a phase. Acting on yout child's need to transition will make them feel more like themselves which in turn often makes the child more sociable and open when they feel seen as what they are.
Best of luck!
Stay strong brother!
You're strong, little guy. Stay strong.
