9165 Westview Drive Prefer Flashing Light than Stop Sign at Anne and Westview

Have lived in Westview for 30 years traffic and speeding has gotten worse and dangerous. At times when i'm turning into my housep cars just pass me because they do not want to slow down. It is a 30mph zone and it seems more like a 75. Not to mention the drag racing at night. Neighter Spring Valley PD or HPD seem to want to take ownership of the section between Campbell and Blalock it has become a no man's zone

people use these streets like a highway to skip the lights on campbell road. its ridiculous and someone is going to get hit on their bike soon.

There are no sidewalks on Anne and Elizabeth. This means our residents walk and play on the roads. It is important to have traffic stop to ensure they remain aware of children

prefer flashing lights to a stop sign at Westview and Anne. agree with other stop signs.

All three are good improvements to make.

Children are walking to and from school on Westview Drive so we need to make it as safe as possible. Also, many people use Anne St as a "cut through" to avoid waiting at the lights, causing more traffic on a side street without sidewalk protection.

Seems like Anne and Elizabeth should be a 4 way stop too.
