To the police department, racial profiling is wrong for both people and canines. Stop looking at the breed of dog, and allow a third party in to evaluate the dog in a comfortable area. Stop torturing Buddy and let her humans visit her. Send Buffy home and let her be confined at home. You are responsible for dog abuse. Let Buffy out of this mental abuse.

This needs to be investigated further to determine the biting canine so this can be prevented from a recurrence if the other dog was at fault. It clearly seems the other dog was the aggressor in this case.

Besides the inhumane treatment of this dog and the prejudice shown in favor of the woman with the reactive dog, this is what breed discrimination looks like and a stand needs to be taken to make people aware of this injustice!

LET BUFFY BE FREE she does not deserve to die for “ allegedly “ doing what ANY canine would do to protect their handler.

I think it completely unfair to keep a dog from its owner and to threaten death as a punishment for an incident where there has not been a thorough investigation or conclusive evidence beyond the shadow of a doubt that the animal did anything wrong. Bite marks and teeth of both animals can be checked. It is unconscionable to take a dogs life based on hearsay. I urge you to give Buffy back to her owner immediately and press assault charges against the woman who assaulted Buffy’s owner
