The parking lot will also worsen the amount and quality of run-off entering our combined sewers. MSD is paying neighborhoods to plant more trees and added green buffers, and here we might have developers making this situation worse. But the developer's attempt to get around the original agreement is most egregious. Changing the character of the neighborhood and the added vehicular density in this location will also be a problem.

I've read the binding elements and the intent is very clear...the space should be left green and to do otherwise goes against the binding element and would be a detriment to density, the landscape and property values.

This is a beautiful old building and the "grounds" are a major part of it's neighborhood. PLEASE do not allow this to happen.

Greed. Some developers will say anything to get the neighborhood's blessing; then turn around and do as they please. Stick to what was agreed.

There us no reason to reduce green space and increase density beyond the agreed to parameters. If they want asphalt they can park on the street. Offer bus passes and bike racks.....! The notion that excessive parking is an amenity is an absurd notion in an urban development. I worked on this project and was staff to Landmarks at its conversion. Green space matters . The site is as built out as it needs to be. Density is the new term for overbuilding a site. Want more density then waive the parking. I thought so.

We need this green space! It is already challenging enough to navigate the streets around this condo complex! I love living in the historic Belknap neighborhood as opposed to the suburbs. Adhere to the previous agreements, and let us enjoy our trees, shrubs, and grass at this site.

Leave the green space as it is for the enjoyment of the people who live in this community.

Please preserve our Belknap neighborhood. This and nearby, new developments having have caused traffic, parking and safety problems and are beginning to negatively impact our neighborhood.

Please keep Louisville and its neighborhoods green and safe from developers breaking binding elements to increase number of living units that would negatively impact the existing space/area.

Whatever happened to respect for Binding Elements? This development has already separated itself from its neighbors in so many ways. Let it not do any more harm to our Belknap neighborhood.

Shouldn't a binding element be binding?

Don't take our green space. Parking is not an issue in our area.
