I am angry that the developers are trying to get away with destroying green space for their personal profit. It's a beautiful historical building with attractive green space and mature stately trees and should remain that way.

The green space is not just pretty it is good for the environment. I would like to see a few trees planted.

That area is too congested plus the belknap school is lovely; the developer has already made the area not aestically pleasing.

The reason people move to and stay in the Highland's is because of the green spaces. Green spaces are healthy spaces and must be kept!

Either green space is important or it is not! The truth is green tax money rules.

Please support our green spaces and the historic building by leaving the grounds as they are. A parking lot is detrimental to the Belknap's Neighborhood Plan Executive Summary where the goal is to preserve green spaces and it detracts from the historical building that has been the heart of our neighborhood., .

Louisville Metro development and zoning regulations and rules where put in place for a reason. While exceptions will occur, please do not let the exception become the rule. Enforce the rules, follow the regulatory requirements, and protect all interested parties' right to preserve they neighborhood and home.

Making citizens work to ensure that previously committed binding elements are removed leads to citizen cynicism--one of the the last things our democracy needs. Please do not share my e-mail address.

The proposed changes would have a very negative effect on its surrounding neighborhood.

This area needs green space for many reasons but with the hill it is on, flood prevention should be in the forefront.

Covered parking already exists on property.

Binding agreements are worthless if they are not enforced. They aren't simply good thoughts they are legal instruments. If the organization wishes to enter into a new agreement then they need to do that no attempt to corrupt existing ones. Additionally, I don't support increasing the density within the interior of our neighborhoods.
