Please do not tear down the Belknap School. More density on this property will only further traffic issues in the surrounding area.

Let's not get carried away with concrete, concrete, concrete in a family neighborhood, not downtown. There's too much of it already nearby. This is an historical building. Why not keep the integrity of the building and the neighborhood, Don't worry, you'll still get your money out of it and more, I'm sure without cramming in ,extra little apartments..

I was actually in one of the last classes held at Belknap elementary school. When I walk by the campus I can still see my old classmates pouring out of the building and running through the grassy lawn. It's a memory I think is worth preserving.

Binding elements on density per acre should stay in place. This was known to the developer at the time of the purchase. The highlands is a great neighborhood and a desirable place to live because it isn't an over developed and unsightly commercial enterprise but a classic neighborhood. The desires of a developer shouldn't even make the table on such matters

This school is a landmark for our neighborhood. Please do not pave over the grass. There is plenty of parking. Walking a bit further doesn't hurt anyone!
