I agree with this petition. I do not wish to see green space eliminated.

The binding element should stand. It's very important in keeping our Belknap neighborhood beautiful, and in balance with nature.

the plan approval process must be flawed if we are repeatedly faced with greedy developers intent on 'gaming' the system - thank you for protecting our shared history and reducing our heat signature as a community - best of luck and regards!

Dear, Decision Makers,
I grew up in the highlands and the greens around this building were often the site of tag football games, early evening, summer conversations seated in the cool bristly grass, and a shadow reading spot on listless summer days. Simply put, this green space is a part of the neighborhood as much as the trees, the homes, and the surrounding families. To pave it for the sake of parking would show little in the way of goodwill toward the neighborhood, which has existed all these many years. Outside of the parking being unsightly, it would depreciate home values, add to light pollution, and change the landscape of the neighborhood. Please consider a less intrusive solution to your problem.

I respect the private property rights of a developer; however, if a developer agrees to certain binding elements at the onset, then those agreements need to be respected.
