The snowplowing only takes place when it's 3 inches or above (sometimes). Not happy with the non enforcement of peolle not mowing ie I thought you couldn't allow it over 3 inches tall but I have seen it get much taller at some places. I understand about weather and waiting for the grass to dry out, but otherwise no. Not happy with the noise control not being enforced routinely this is mostly in the summer.

I have lived in heartland crossing for 20 years and I have diffeny paid my share of fees for Tri-county conservancy. I am diffantly tired of the unfairness of the hoa.

The biggest complaint I have is the amount we have to pay for sewer service. At $61.25 per month it is anywhere from $20 to $35 higher than other nearby towns. I have contacted Tri-county conservancy district several times and they don't seem too interested in doing anything to reduce the bill.

I want a shed in my back yard. I want to put a pergola up if I want to without asking for permission on property I pay taxes on. I want have a plastic mailbox if I want to. HOA sucks and I regret ever moving into a community that has one.

Hoa is capricious and does.not serve the best interests of the residents in a fair manner. Home owners are treated like renters and as if living in the community is a privilege rather than a right that you have paid for. This hoa needs to be administered by the residents.

The HOA has arbitrary rules, selectively enforced. From what I understand, the people running the show do not even live here. If they won't turn it over, there should at least be a majority of homeowners on the board. We have no voice. I've lived here almost 11 years, and were told that it would be turned over in about 18 months to 2 years. Well, it's going on 11 years now. The dues are high, and the late fees are ridiculous.

They a rude never want to help. I went in tho pay for our fees and the big girl made me feel horrible about wanting to pay in office. She said you should have mailed this so be lucky am taking it this one time. People park their cars in front of house or mailbox nothing done. We had a childs birthday party and 2 of the quest got orange sticked for less the 2 hours parking in the street. Then they was to be no renting !! We keep our cut my neighbor we are lucky if he mows it 2 times a year. But leave a trash can out till you get home from work and BAM you got a letter !!!!! The lates fees are way to high and as for the streets and ground they hidous ... They take and take our money but never do anything with it !! The land scaping is awful snow removel awful to get a road salted impossible !!! and please dont get me started on pot holes.... The big thing is no one in the HOA is very clueless and rude !!!

Lived in the neighborhood for 6 years and this homeowners need to go. With the amount of money we pay, the roads look awful, the land scaping is not the best, snow plus are awful, and the front office is a joke.

I called the non emergency security company three times to report something and I never heard back once. Always best to just call the police directly because this service is no service at all and is completely worthless
