Yes i agree, we pay to much in heartland and the roads are horrible with potholes.

I would support the HOA if the large amount of funds provided by each home owner were appropriately allocated, but they are not. It’s a scam and a disservice to the people of this community.

If the HOA was effective, IF one could get a response to any form of contact, IF the dues were used for sufficient Security, landscaping, neighborhood improvements, I would gladly pay them.

I’ve been trying to get a copy of our hoa agreement for a month now! No one has responded! We’ve been turned over to collections and they won’t even talk to us about settling. So now we have court in 1 week and I can’t get my paperwork! I’ve notified them of issues and covenants being broken, the neighbor hood is not kept as nice as the covenants say it should. Tricounty is a sham. They were charging us 90 dollars for what the woman told me was for water and sewage! This place is ridiculous!

Most definately agree! We have complained about numerous issues and nothing has been done on any of them! Including missing or damaged stop signs!!!

What is my dues paying for? Why are these streets so bad? And why can't the streets be paved instead of patched? This is my biggest issue..
