Competency (O.R.C. § 2152.51 - §2152.59):
"For juveniles who may never attain competency, the court must dismiss their charges."
I am totally outraged in regards to these findings. A family member of mine has been greatly affected by this law/rule. Please help me by signing this petition. This will greatly help me in my efforts to get this changed in our judicial system. Thank you.

This is just wrong. If someone cant stand trial they shouldnt just be let off the hook when families are still hurting. Fix this law fast!
