Nothing of this surprised me. Who can we count on if the police is not there to protect us. Where is the humanity. So saddened with this finding. May he rest in peace, and hope family find the monster who did the crime.

yes, i can agree with wat judith says here about her son anthony, he went missing and the police were no help at all, the mother had to do evrything in her power to find out about anthony bcus police wldnt help enough to locate her son or track traces or aurveillances of his footage on wat or went on the day anthony ureña went missing,thes police officers think that bcus we live in The heights that young ppl like anthony are consider the same as ither thugs out here, i have an 19 yr old son and ill b devastated if sumthing went on like this for my own, and it isnt fair weather a person is mental or sick or in good health wesuppose to b treated equally, we need to stand for sumthing in our neighborhood so our voices can b heard, is crazy how u have to wait for a 24 hr to make a report went sumone goes missing i believe if they wld of act on this quicker things cld if been different!!! Let our voice b heard

I completely agree with this mother, I feel so sad that she and all her family and friends are going through this heart breaking situation. But we are together with all of you. I will keep you in my prayers.

Such a sad story ... Although, I did not know this young man my boyfriend and his friends did. All Ive heard is nothing but positive things about him . The Police Department in NYC is horrible and the criminal justice system is so corrupt ! Unfortunately, if you're not white, they don't care about making situations a priority. I am a criminal justice major, but one thing for sure is, I don't agree with all the decisions that are made and definitely in this heartfelt event.
