This family deserves justice ASAP. This procedure can't continue in New York or any other state. We must work quickly to change this procedure so this situation doesn't repeat itself!

I signed because I believe that waiting 72 hours to file a missing persons report is just ridiculous! We know our loved ones. Mother's know their children. If this changes, police departments would be able to start looking faster. #justiceforanthonyurena

So agree with you it take for ever for the police to do something. Moreno deserve justice I pray everyday this case get clarification.

When I person goes missing without a trace the last thing we as parents as family members wanna hear is " my hands are tied" because guess what that mothers that family members heart is tied up their stomach is in knots and tied up you can let your hand loosen up a little a make a report or a phone call and if it turns up that that person really didn't wanna came home then you handle that then and penalized then after if needed for the wasted time

Totally agree with your petition!
No parent should ever go through this. I followed this day by day, praying for his safe return and terrified this could happen to me with two teens at home living blocks away from the chimi he was "last seen" at.
My heart aches for you, the family and friends. You're so strong and courageous I pray for your strength. God bless you Judith
