Police wages are public servants who are paid for by our communities taxes, it is your right and their duty to fulfill a full investigation on any missing person. This is an outrage.

My friend Javier Horta has been missing for over a week now in the Bronx and the family is having the same issue and concerns. There needs to be change... the families of the missing, healthy adults help in finding their loved ones.

I am very sorry for your loss. Right now, my friend Javier Horta is missing from Bronx, NY and police will not assist further because of his age and able body. Something needs to change!!!
