HCOA Members for a Referendum to Allow the HCOA to Donate $25 to Kenya Relief
We the undersigned, as voting members of the Hampton Cove Owners Association (HCOA), petition the HCOA Board of Directors (BOD) to put to referendum a vote to allow the $25 fine assessed by the HCOA BOD on Charles K. Mackenzie for the act of growing corn to be donated to Kenya Relief, a 501(c)3 organization.

Ridiculous to fine him for growing corn in his own yard. Just let the money go to charity and be done with this whole mess.

Total waste of time by the board. turning a gardening issue into a donation for kenya relief is the least they can do to make up for the drama.
