I strongly support the "Renaming" of the Child Development Center to reflect "Hazel Hill Development Center". I would urge the board to accept this petition and be directed to do the same.

I've known Hazel for most of my 29 years at Delta. I remember how much time and effort she put into the making of the Child Development Center. Therefore, I strongly support naming the center after Dr. Hazel Hill. She was an amazing administrator and a kind, caring, and loving human being.

As the Director of the Child Development Center, I fully support the naming of the Hazel Hill Child Development Center!! I have always thought that the Center should have been named for Hazel long ago! To honor Hazel in this manner would provide a place in our community where Hazel's legacy will live on; supporting children, families and education.

It was an honor to have worked with and for Hazel for so many years and to have learned so much from such an amazing and inspirational woman. She dedicated her professional and personal life to helping others, especially our students and their children. I strongly support the naming of the CDC Facility after Hazel Hill. She's the most deserving individual to receive this recognition. This project was her brain child and she made it a reality when it was approved.
