Hayden Island needs a grocery store. It is very inconvenient to go across the bridge in to Vancouver or travel farther into Portland when you only need a couple items.

Our island needs a grocery store instead of this food desert. It's proven that the island can support a major grocery store. And when Zupan's was on the island it was the center of activity for the island with a it's coffee shop, wine steward & deli. I would die for another Zupan's or Trader Joe's or New Seasons. People don't need to leave the island if there is a grocery store on island.
