This is an outrage! The UK allows thousands of Immigrants across from Eastern Europe, Pakistan and other far Away lands to settle in England each year! Are we really saying that these people who become entitled to the NHS like the rest of us are more entitled to certain medications than people living in Wales? - A Homeland Nation? England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland should benefit before Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Pakistan in my opinion! This isnt a Racist rant, as I promote a multi cultural Britain. But we should look after our own people and existing communities first regardless of Postcode before we start giving hand outs and building new communities to those from overseas.

For years I wanted to pay for my presriptions before they were free for everyone, but they wouldn't let me. I can well afford it and felt bad about getting them for free. Look at the mess we're in now. Some common sence needed.

If he was royalty or an mp, there would be no questions asked and they would start their treatment immediately, who has got the right to say yes or no to save someones life
