The #HawliFyw #FightingChance Campaign has been inspired by Irfon Williams' story. Irfon is currently receiving treatment for Secondary Bowel Cancer, but is being denied access to life prolonging drugs and potentially life saving treatments.

#FightingChance is a positive campaign calling for cross-party support to change the Welsh Government’s policy and ensure that over 70 targeted cancer treatments which include drugs and specialist radiotherapy techniques become available in Wales.

Mae ymgyrch #Hawl i Fyw wedi ei ysbrydoli gan stori Irfon Williams. Mae Irfon ar hyn o bryd yn cael triniaeth am ganser y coluddyn ond mae ei gais am gyffuriau allai ymestyn neu achub ei fywyd wedi ei wrthod.

Ymgyrch gadarnhaol yw #Hawl i Fyw, sy'n galw am gefnogaeth aml-bleidiol i newid polisi Llywodraeth Cymru, a sicrhau fod dros 70 o driniaethau canser penodol, sy'n cynnwys cyffuriau a thechnegau radiotherapi arbenigol, ar gael yng Nghymru.

Mae hi'n frawychus ac erchyll arnom ni yma yng Nghymru. Anodd ydyw clywed nad oes gennym ni yr un hawl i iechyd â weddill y Deyrnas Unedig. Onid yw iechyd y Cymry gyn bwysicad â iechyd pob Sais? Hen bryd i'r anghyfiawnder dieflig yma ddod i ben.

No one should be denied the chance of treatment regardless of where we like . Last time I looked this was called the UK (United Kingdom ) equality for all not second class treatment for the Welsh. Remove the postcode when it comes to treatment

Disgraceful that it has come to this! It's incredible that precious people who are suffering have to fight even harder to be given treatment that is available in England. Shocking! And I know as I have lost a brother, mother and aunt to cancer.

please give Irfon and his family back his life, this is so unfair, I lost my father to cancer just over a year ago, please do not make irfon's children and others like them grow up without a loving father, please give him a chance to live. xx

its a vote winner for the WAG free prescriptions but that money has to come from somewere and yes its to the cost of people like Irfon and all the others being denied these drugs. Keep them free for the chronicallt ill but For those who can pay should pay.

'When you have hope you have everything' The Welsh government has cruelly robbed my husband of hope, he now faces receiving his treatment in Rngland away from family and his many friends. Support that is much needed when going through the journey of cancer.
