Welsh people should be able to access the same drugs as the English. The U.K sends millions of pounds a year to.assist othe countries but fails to help their own, we are taught not to discriminate against others but this is exactly what is happening in this case because he is Welsh. Bring back prescription ppayments, this would prevent unnecessary medication being wasted and provide funding for necessary drugs as in this case.
